Welcome to Prerana Mobile, an AI-assisted educational learning application created by WISDOMKRAFT EDUTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Prerana Mobile helps learners explore academic topics, solve study doubts, practice exercises, and receive personalized study guidance. Learners aged 6 and above, parents, legal guardians, teachers, and schools can set up accounts to support learning activities.

2. Account and Access

Setting up an account allows you to save learning progress, access AI tutoring tools, and personalize study resources. Children under 13 years of age require parental or legal guardian consent and verification before an account can be set up. You are responsible for keeping your information used to access the account accurate and secure under your control. If you experience problems accessing your account, email support at murshidsmartguru@gmail.com with your registered email address and a clear description of the issue.

3. Learning and AI Features

Prerana Mobile includes AI-enabled educational features using Google Gemini, such as virtual tutoring, subject explanations, doubt solving, practice exercise generation, and study summaries. AI-generated content is intended as an educational learning aid. Users should independently review important information and verify answers using curriculum textbooks or teacher guidance.

4. Learning Materials and Uploads

Where supported, users may upload study notes, practice questions, documents, or images to receive AI assistance or organize study resources. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any uploaded content. Do not upload confidential information, private details of other individuals, copyrighted material without permission, or inappropriate material.

5. Problems While Using Prerana

If you experience difficulties, errors, or unexpected behavior while using Prerana Mobile, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, the phone, tablet, or other equipment you are using, and the steps that led to the problem. If an error message appears, you may include it. Please do not send unnecessary personal or confidential information.

6. Privacy, Safety and Legal Concerns

Account and personal information deletion is already available in the app. You can request account closure and deletion of your personal information directly within the Prerana Mobile app settings or by sending an email request to murshidsmartguru@gmail.com.
