Delete your Prerana account and associated data
Prerana is an educational application operated by Ellipsonic / WISDOMKRAFT EDUTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. You can request deletion online without reinstalling or opening the mobile app.
Verification is required. The secure deletion flow verifies your Clerk account and resolves its student membership on the server. We never delete an account from an unverified email address, username, or tenant slug.
When it happens
After successful verification and explicit confirmation, the application data cleanup runs immediately. Your account and tenant access are deleted, access is disabled, and active sessions are signed out after the server completes the request.
If a provider step is queued or fails, the page says so and gives you a reference ID; it will not claim the request is complete.
What may be retained
A minimal account record, deletion reference, and redacted security audit record may be retained for up to 30 days for security and support. Records required by law, fraud prevention, safety, legal hold, or a provider’s backup schedule may be retained longer where applicable.
